E-SIGN Consent Disclosure
1. Agreement to electronic notices
By creating a Vice Versa Vault account, scheduling deposits, or authorizing any ACH debit or rent dispatch, you consent to receive all notices, agreements, authorizations, disclosures, and records from Vice Versa Vault electronically. This E-SIGN consent applies to every communication related to your vault, your subscription, and your rent payments.
2. Scope of electronic delivery
Electronic communications include emails, in-app messages, account alerts, deposit and dispatch receipts, ACH authorizations, revocation confirmations, billing notices, and policy updates. You may request a paper copy of any record by contacting support at no charge.
3. Hardware and software requirements
To access and retain electronic records you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, and a valid email address. You agree to keep your email address current in your account settings so that notices reach you.
4. ACH authorization under E-SIGN
Your ACH authorization — including recurring automated debits for deposits and the irrevocable rent dispatch — is provided and accepted electronically under this E-SIGN consent. You may revoke your ACH authorization at any time by emailing support or from your account settings, which stops future automated debits going forward.
5. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw E-SIGN consent by contacting support. Withdrawing consent may limit or end your ability to use Vice Versa Vault, since the service depends on electronic delivery of required notices and authorizations.
6. Updates to this policy
We may update this E-SIGN Consent Disclosure from time to time. Material changes will be provided electronically before they take effect. Continued use of Vice Versa Vault after any such notice constitutes your consent to the updated terms.
